A one on one container for artists, creative leaders and mothers. For women shaping culture. To fortify the essence of their life work through nourishing the elemental, the erotic, and the paradox.

A body- and movement- oriented space to be radically intimate; a midwifing of creative and erotic potential.

A map to inhabit a process.

To expand capacity to fully participate in the breadth of your aliveness; the bodies innate intelligence.

For the ones, cultivating radical responsibility and creative agency within the worlds that they are crafting, relating and impacting. For the ones daring to feel it all; to move forms and dance in between. We will meet in the edges, the aliveness and the art of it all.‍

Working with Yamina was my first experience with somatic therapy, and it arrived at a threshold time in my life, after years of talk therapy had taken me as far as they could. What I encountered with her was something altogether different… a return to the deep intelligence of the body. Even from a distance, Yamina held a space that felt profoundly safe… full-bodied safety, the kind that allows for unraveling and reweaving. With such gentleness, precision, and attunement, she guided me into listening to the messages, the language, the subtle poetry of my own body.

As an artist, it meant everything to be accompanied by another artist. Our sessions didn’t just heal, they invoked. Yamina met me in a mythopoetic space where the body is more than sensation — it is a living bridge between time and memory, a compass, an oracle. Her presence helped me begin to translate that inner terrain, to reclaim the voice I carry within. Yamina’s guidance was both grounding and revelatory. I am still walking the path she helped me find, but now, I walk it from within.

Working with you has given me permission to look deeper and allow the space, to go towards the abandoned parts of myself. To be real about how I feel. It’s been monumental for me to bring back a sense of belonging and connection into my body, you held me in that in such a powerful way. I Honestly couldn’t thank you enough as all of this came to the most perfect moment in my life. You are a gift."

TESTIMONIALS FROM CLIENTS;

To be honest with you, I don’t know where I would be without the space you offered me. It’s been exactly what I needed without knowing exactly what that would look like when I first started working with you. I am relieved and grateful to know a space like this exists. I am learning so much about myself and let go of past versions of myself. The connection to my body and intuition is becoming stronger and clearer and the impact this has on my life is priceless.

— Juliette Alexandra; Actress

I work in a multidisciplinary way, inspired by a body of work, artistic background, somatic training, and experience through birth-work, ultimately drawing from years of integrated and lived practice.

What I really care about is this; artists, and especially women; at the forefront of shaping culture; returning and tending their original power, being deeply nourished and resourced, anchored in their integrity, dripping in their own nectars; creating from that place, and inevitably impacting the worlds around them.

“It’s hard to put into words what these sessions gave me so far. I guess in retrospect I see so much subtle and yet profound changes that are happening in my life. It’s not been easy to do this work, but you always held and invited me to come back into grace and for that I am so grateful. Not many are able to hold space in this way , with such attunement and precision, and I feel very lucky I get to do this work with you.
Surrender comes to mind. Surrender to what is here, no matter how difficult it might be, and doing that with support is all I needed in this moment of chaos and transition.

Yamina’s gentle yet powerful approach has helped me reconnect with myself in ways I never imagined. I discovered the power of presence, which became a valuable tool – helping me care for my mind and body, release restrictive patterns, and appreciate the priceless wisdom of my own nature. Working with Yamina has given me new, playful yet profound perspectives on life. Her warmth, intuition, and keen awareness made me feel truly seen and supported. I am deeply grateful to have entered the space she so beautifully holds.

— Juliana Furrer; Artist and Architect

Yamina holds space like no other. She allows you to be fully you. To speak your truth, to be your truth, to unpack all that is unfolding within and she just has this knowing and wisdom how to navigate holding space. No session was the same, because no session did I feel the same. After every session with Yamina I felt calmer. I felt nourished. I felt seen. Heard. Loved.

— Tamara; Mother, Artist and Bodyworker

I mainly work through longer-term containers because I see excavating depth and moreover building relationship requires an unfolding process. The work becomes a midwifing of creative potential; embracing what is already present, whilst meeting a unique threshold. What we are engaging is an all-encompassing process that asks for presence to unfold. The work is intimate in its nature, through the body, touching the subtle, relational, and often unseen and shadow layers of experience.

Our live sessions serve as anchors and points of attunement, yet the practice extends into the in between spaces between sessions. Over time, the container allows the process to mature from exploration to integration and embodiment.

Our focus;

  • Cultivating fluid, agile and sensual bodies; returning to original power, sensitive and fully alive

  • Working intentionally with thresholds; creative, emotional, relational, professional, existential

  • Developing the capacity for meeting paradox in a changing and confronting reality, to create from a place of integrity

Movement as a Living Framework:
From the Invisible to the Physical Layers

Grounded in my primary background as a dancer, movement is approached as a living framework; one shaped through years of training, discipline, and refining the body as an instrument. From this place, movement brings instinct, desire, and memory into physical reality without sanitizing them.

The work engages the elemental, the erotic, and paradox as essential conditions of being alive. Rekindling the innate wisdom held within our untamed, intuitive bodies. Rather than seeking resolution, it cultivates the capacity to remain present within tension; to stay with ambiguity, intensity, and contradiction. Through this sustained attention and relationship building overtime, complexity is slowly integrated and translated into art.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS

From Women Who Run with the Wolves, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes writes, “Let us admit it. We women are building a motherland; each with her own plot of soil eked from an night of dreams, a day of work. We are spreading this soil in larger and larger circles, slowly, slowly. One day it will be a continous land, a resurrected land come back from the dead. Munda de la Madre, psychic motherworld, coexisting and coequal with all other worlds. This world is being made from our lives, our cries, our laughter, our bones. It is a world worth making, a world worth living in, a world in which there is a prevailing and decent wild sanity.”
